Süße brasilianische Kokostrüffel aus Kondensmilch und Cannabutter, gewälzt in Kokosraspeln.

Zutaten
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 tbsp cannabutter
  • ½ cup shredded coconut, plus more for rolling
  • Pinch of salt
  • Whole cloves for decoration
Zubereitung
  • Combine condensed milk, cannabutter and shredded coconut in a saucepan over medium-low heat.
  • Stir constantly until mixture thickens and pulls away from the sides, about 10–12 min.
  • Transfer to a greased plate and cool to room temperature.
  • Roll into small balls and coat in shredded coconut. Top each with a clove.
  • Place in mini cupcake liners and refrigerate until ready to serve.
