Fluffige Zimtschnecken mit Cannabutter-Füllung und Zuckerguss.

Zutaten

Dough: 3 cups flour, 2¼ tsp yeast, ¼ cup sugar, 1 tsp salt, ¾ cup warm milk, 2 eggs, ¼ cup cannabis butter
Filling: 4 tbsp cannabis butter, ½ cup brown sugar, 2 tbsp cinnamon
Icing: 1 cup icing sugar, 2 tbsp cannabis butter, 2 tbsp milk

Zubereitung

Mix and knead dough 8 min. Rise 1h.
Roll out, spread with cannabis butter, brown sugar and cinnamon.
Roll tightly, cut into 12. Rise 30 min. Bake at 375°F 20-25 min.
Drizzle with cannabis icing while warm.
