Cannabis-Zitronenschnitten
Frische Zitronencreme auf Cannabis-Mürbeteig.
Zutaten
- Base: 1 cup flour
- 115g cannabis butter
- ¼ cup icing sugar
- Pinch salt
- Filling: 3 eggs
- 1 cup caster sugar
- Juice and zest of 3 lemons
- 3 tbsp flour
- Icing sugar to dust
Zubereitung
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Press base into 8x8 pan. Bake 18 min.
- Whisk filling ingredients. Pour over hot base.
- Bake 20-22 min until set. Cool and refrigerate.
- Dust with icing sugar and cut into bars.
