Cannabis-Moqueca
Ein reichhaltiger brasilianischer Fischeintopf mit Kokosmilch, Tomaten, Paprika und Dendê-Öl, verfeinert mit Cannabis-Olivenöl.
Zutaten
- 500g firm white fish (cod or halibut), cut into chunks
- Juice of 2 limes
- 1 onion, sliced into rings
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 2 tomatoes, chopped
- 1 can (400ml) coconut milk
- 2 tbsp dendê (palm) oil
- 2 tbsp cannabis olive oil
- Fresh cilantro, salt and pepper
Zubereitung
- Marinate fish in lime juice, salt and pepper for 30 min.
- In a clay pot or deep pan, layer onion, peppers, tomatoes and fish.
- Pour coconut milk and dendê oil over the top. Cover and simmer 20 min without stirring.
- Remove from heat and gently stir in cannabis olive oil.
- Garnish with cilantro. Serve over white rice.
