Cannabis-Panna-Cotta
Seidiger italienischer Sahnepudding mit Cannabis-Sahne.
Zutaten
- 2 cups cannabis heavy cream
- ¼ cup sugar
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 2½ tsp gelatine powder
- 3 tbsp cold water
- Berry coulis to serve
Zubereitung
- Bloom gelatine in cold water 5 min.
- Heat cannabis cream and sugar until dissolved. Off heat: stir in vanilla and gelatine.
- Pour into ramekins. Refrigerate 4h+.
- Invert onto plates and serve with berry coulis.
