Cannabis-Süßkartoffel-Curry
Wärmendes Kokos-Süßkartoffel-Curry mit Kichererbsen und Cannabis-Kokosöl.
Zutaten
- 2 tbsp cannabis coconut oil
- 1 onion
- 3 garlic cloves
- 1 tbsp ginger
- 2 tbsp curry powder
- 2 sweet potatoes cubed
- 400ml coconut milk
- 1 can chickpeas
- 1 cup vegetable broth
- Salt, lime, cilantro
Zubereitung
- Sauté onion, garlic, ginger. Add curry powder.
- Add sweet potatoes, coconut milk and broth. Simmer 20 min.
- Add chickpeas; cook 5 min more.
- Off heat: stir in cannabis coconut oil, lime and cilantro.
