Würziger, saftiger Karottenkuchen mit Cannabisöl.

Zutaten

2 cups flour
3 eggs
1½ cups sugar
1 cup cannabis vegetable oil
2 tsp vanilla
3 cups grated carrot
1½ tsp baking powder
1 tsp cinnamon
½ tsp nutmeg
Frosting: 250g cream cheese, 1 cup icing sugar, 1 tsp vanilla

Zubereitung

Preheat oven to 350°F. Whisk eggs, sugar, cannabis oil and vanilla.
Fold in flour, spices and grated carrot.
Bake in two 8-inch pans 30-35 min. Cool completely.
Beat frosting; fill and cover cake.
