Tomatenbasierter Kichererbseneintopf, verfeinert mit Cannabis-Olivenöl.
Zutaten
- 2 cans chickpeas
- 2 tbsp cannabis olive oil
- 1 onion
- 4 garlic cloves
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp cumin
- ½ tsp cayenne
- 1 can crushed tomatoes
- 1 cup vegetable broth
- Parsley
Zubereitung
- Sauté onion and garlic. Add spices.
- Add chickpeas, tomatoes and broth. Simmer 20 min.
- Off heat: stir in cannabis olive oil. Season and garnish.
