Infundierte Schokoladenbruchstücke

Zartbitterschokoladen-Bruch mit Cannabutter und deinen Lieblingstoppings.

Zutaten
  • 200g dark chocolate (85% cacao or higher for keto)
  • 1 tbsp cannabutter, softened (see Cannabutter recipe)
  • 1/4 cup toppings: sea salt flakes, chopped nuts, dried cranberries, or cacao nibs
Zubereitung
  • Melt dark chocolate in a heatproof bowl set over a pot of simmering water (double boiler), stirring until smooth.
  • Remove from heat and stir in softened cannabutter until fully incorporated.
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Pour the chocolate mixture and spread into an even layer about 1/4 inch thick.
  • Quickly sprinkle your chosen toppings over the surface.
  • Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes until completely set and firm.
  • Break into 12 roughly equal pieces. Store in the refrigerator in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks.
