Infundierter Schokoladen-Lavakuchen
Schmelzende Schokoladenküchlein mit flüssigem Cannabutter-Kern.
Zutaten
- 100g dark chocolate
- 100g cannabis butter
- 2 eggs + 2 yolks
- 80g icing sugar
- 40g flour
- Pinch salt
Zubereitung
- Preheat oven to 425°F. Grease 4 ramekins.
- Melt chocolate and cannabis butter. Cool slightly.
- Whisk in eggs, yolks and icing sugar. Fold in flour and salt.
- Fill ramekins. Chill 30 min.
- Bake 12-13 min. Rest 1 min then invert.
