- 2 cans young jackfruit drained
- 2 tbsp cannabis olive oil
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp chili powder
- 8 corn tortillas
- Avocado, salsa, lime
Zubereitung
- Shred jackfruit with a fork.
- Season and pan-fry until edges caramelise.
- Off heat: stir through cannabis olive oil.
- Serve in warm tortillas with avocado and salsa.
