Zubereitung
  • Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Place the riced cauliflower in a microwave-safe bowl and microwave for 5-6 minutes until tender.
  • Allow the cauliflower to cool slightly, then transfer it to a clean kitchen towel.
  • Wrap the cauliflower in the towel and squeeze out as much liquid as possible.

  • Mix until well combined.
  • Transfer the cauliflower mixture to the prepared baking sheet and shape it into a pizza crust shape.
