Fluffige Shortcake-Kekse mit Cannabutter und frischen Erdbeeren.

Zutaten
  • Shortcakes: 2 cups flour
  • 115g cannabis butter cold
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¾ cup cream
  • 1 egg
  • Topping: 500g strawberries with 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 cup whipped cream
Zubereitung
  • Preheat oven to 425°F. Cut cannabis butter into dry ingredients.
  • Add cream and egg until just combined. Drop onto baking sheet.
  • Bake 15 min. Split and fill with strawberries and whipped cream.
