Corteza de Chocolate Infusionada
Corteza de chocolate oscuro infusionada con mantequilla de cannabis y cubierta con tus toppings favoritos.
Ingredientes
- 200g dark chocolate (85% cacao or higher for keto)
- 1 tbsp cannabutter, softened (see Cannabutter recipe)
- 1/4 cup toppings: sea salt flakes, chopped nuts, dried cranberries, or cacao nibs
Preparación
- Melt dark chocolate in a heatproof bowl set over a pot of simmering water (double boiler), stirring until smooth.
- Remove from heat and stir in softened cannabutter until fully incorporated.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Pour the chocolate mixture and spread into an even layer about 1/4 inch thick.
- Quickly sprinkle your chosen toppings over the surface.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes until completely set and firm.
- Break into 12 roughly equal pieces. Store in the refrigerator in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks.
