Shortcake de Morango Infusionado
Biscoitos fofinhos de shortcake com manteiga de cannabis e morangos frescos.
Ingredientes
- Shortcakes: 2 cups flour
- 115g cannabis butter cold
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- ½ tsp salt
- ¾ cup cream
- 1 egg
- Topping: 500g strawberries with 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 cup whipped cream
Modo de Preparo
- Preheat oven to 425°F. Cut cannabis butter into dry ingredients.
- Add cream and egg until just combined. Drop onto baking sheet.
- Bake 15 min. Split and fill with strawberries and whipped cream.
