Smoothie de Frutos Rojos Infusionado
Una tentadora fusión de frutos rojos congelados, frutas y yogur griego. Refrescante, sabroso e increíblemente delicioso.
Ingredientes
- 1-2 teaspoons infused coconut oil
- 1 cup frozen mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
- 1 ripe banana
- 1 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)
- 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
- Optional: a handful of kale for added nutrients
Preparación
- Place all the ingredients in a blender.
- Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy.
- Taste and adjust the sweetness by adding more honey or maple syrup if desired.
- If the smoothie is too thick, add a little more milk and blend again until desired consistency is reached.
- Pour the cannabis-infused berry smoothie into glasses and serve immediately.
