Cannabis Apple Pie
Classic double-crust apple pie with cannabis butter pastry.
Ingredients
- Pastry: 2½ cups flour
- 200g cannabis butter cold cubed
- 6-8 tbsp ice water
- ½ tsp salt
- Filling: 6 apples peeled sliced
- ¾ cup sugar
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- ¼ tsp nutmeg
- 2 tbsp cornstarch
Directions
- Make pastry; chill 1h. Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Mix apple filling.
- Line pan with half the dough. Add filling.
- Top with second dough sheet; seal and crimp.
- Bake 50-60 min until golden.
