Cannabis Butternut Squash Soup
Velvety butternut squash soup with cannabis cream.
Ingredients
- 1 large butternut squash halved
- 1 onion quartered
- 4 garlic cloves
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 cups vegetable broth
- ½ cup cannabis cream
- 1 tsp nutmeg
- Salt, pepper
- Toasted pumpkin seeds
Directions
- Roast squash, onion and garlic at 400°F for 45 min.
- Blend with broth until smooth.
- Stir in cannabis cream and nutmeg; warm gently.
- Season and top with pumpkin seeds.
