Velvety butternut squash soup with cannabis cream.

Ingredients
  • 1 large butternut squash halved
  • 1 onion quartered
  • 4 garlic cloves
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cups vegetable broth
  • ½ cup cannabis cream
  • 1 tsp nutmeg
  • Salt, pepper
  • Toasted pumpkin seeds
Directions
  • Roast squash, onion and garlic at 400°F for 45 min.
  • Blend with broth until smooth.
  • Stir in cannabis cream and nutmeg; warm gently.
  • Season and top with pumpkin seeds.
