Cannabis Coconut Macaroons
Chewy coconut macaroons with cannabis condensed milk.
Ingredients
- 3 cups desiccated coconut
- ½ cup cannabis condensed milk
- 2 egg whites
- 1 tsp vanilla
- Pinch salt
- 100g dark chocolate for dipping
Directions
- Preheat oven to 325°F.
- Mix coconut, cannabis condensed milk, vanilla and salt.
- Fold in stiff egg whites.
- Scoop onto lined tray. Bake 18-20 min.
- Dip bases in melted chocolate when cool.
