Cannabis Coconut Milk Ice Cream
Creamy 3-ingredient vegan ice cream with cannabis coconut oil.
Ingredients
- 2 cans full-fat coconut milk chilled overnight
- 3 tbsp cannabis coconut oil
- ½ cup maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla
- Pinch salt
Directions
- Scoop solid cream from top of cans and beat until fluffy.
- Fold in cannabis oil, maple syrup, vanilla and salt.
- Freeze 4-6 hours. Let sit 5 min before scooping.
