Cannabis Greek Salad
Fresh Greek salad with cannabis olive oil dressing.
Ingredients
- 2 tomatoes wedged
- 1 cucumber chunked
- ½ red onion sliced
- ½ cup Kalamata olives
- 150g feta cubed
- Dressing: 3 tbsp cannabis olive oil, 1 tbsp red wine vinegar, 1 tsp oregano, salt
Directions
- Combine vegetables and olives.
- Whisk dressing and pour over. Toss.
- Top with feta. Serve with crusty bread.
