Cannabis Grilled Salmon
Pan-seared salmon with cannabis herb butter.
Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets
- 2 tbsp cannabis butter
- 2 garlic cloves minced
- 1 tbsp fresh dill
- Zest and juice of 1 lemon
- Salt, pepper
- Capers and lemon to serve
Directions
- Season salmon and sear skin-side down 4 min until crispy.
- Flip; cook 3 more min.
- Melt cannabis butter with garlic and dill; spoon over fish.
- Serve with capers and lemon.
