Pan-seared salmon with cannabis herb butter.

Ingredients
  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 2 tbsp cannabis butter
  • 2 garlic cloves minced
  • 1 tbsp fresh dill
  • Zest and juice of 1 lemon
  • Salt, pepper
  • Capers and lemon to serve
Directions
  • Season salmon and sear skin-side down 4 min until crispy.
  • Flip; cook 3 more min.
  • Melt cannabis butter with garlic and dill; spoon over fish.
  • Serve with capers and lemon.
