Cannabis Panna Cotta

Silky Italian cream pudding with cannabis cream.

Ingredients
  • 2 cups cannabis heavy cream
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 2½ tsp gelatine powder
  • 3 tbsp cold water
  • Berry coulis to serve
Directions
  • Bloom gelatine in cold water 5 min.
  • Heat cannabis cream and sugar until dissolved. Off heat: stir in vanilla and gelatine.
  • Pour into ramekins. Refrigerate 4h+.
  • Invert onto plates and serve with berry coulis.
