Cannabis Peach Cobbler
Southern peach cobbler with cannabis butter biscuit topping.
Ingredients
- 5 peaches sliced
- ¼ cup sugar
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- Topping: 1 cup flour
- ¼ cup sugar
- 1½ tsp baking powder
- ¼ tsp salt
- ½ cup milk
- 4 tbsp cannabis butter melted
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375°F. Toss peaches with sugar, lemon and cinnamon in a baking dish.
- Mix topping into a thick batter. Drop spoonfuls over peaches.
- Bake 40-45 min until golden. Serve warm.
