Cannabis Pizza
Homemade pizza with cannabis olive oil in the dough and drizzled on top.
Ingredients
- 2 cups flour
- 1 tsp instant yeast
- ½ tsp salt
- ¾ cup warm water
- 2 tbsp cannabis olive oil
- Toppings: ½ cup tomato sauce, 150g mozzarella, toppings of choice
- Extra cannabis olive oil to finish
Directions
- Mix dough; knead 8 min. Rise 1h.
- Preheat oven to 475°F.
- Stretch dough; add sauce, cheese and toppings.
- Bake 10-12 min until golden.
- Drizzle with cannabis olive oil before slicing.
