Cannabis Quesadilla
Crispy quesadilla cooked in cannabis butter.
Ingredients
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 2 tbsp cannabis butter
- 2 cups shredded cheddar
- 1 cup cooked chicken or black beans
- ½ red onion diced
- 1 jalapeño sliced
- Sour cream and guacamole
Directions
- Melt cannabis butter in a large pan.
- Place tortilla; scatter cheese, filling and jalapeño over half.
- Fold and cook 3 min per side until golden.
- Cut into wedges and serve.
