Cannabis Shakshuka

Eggs poached in cannabis tomato sauce.

Ingredients
  • 2 tbsp cannabis olive oil
  • 1 onion
  • 1 red pepper
  • 4 garlic cloves
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp chili flakes
  • 2 cans crushed tomatoes
  • 4-6 eggs
  • Parsley and feta
Directions
  • Sauté onion and pepper in cannabis oil. Add garlic and spices.
  • Add tomatoes. Simmer 15 min. Season.
  • Make wells; crack eggs in. Cover and cook 6-8 min.
  • Top with parsley and feta. Serve with bread.
