Cannabis Shakshuka
Eggs poached in cannabis tomato sauce.
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp cannabis olive oil
- 1 onion
- 1 red pepper
- 4 garlic cloves
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp paprika
- ½ tsp chili flakes
- 2 cans crushed tomatoes
- 4-6 eggs
- Parsley and feta
Directions
- Sauté onion and pepper in cannabis oil. Add garlic and spices.
- Add tomatoes. Simmer 15 min. Season.
- Make wells; crack eggs in. Cover and cook 6-8 min.
- Top with parsley and feta. Serve with bread.
