Infused Baklava
Flaky phyllo layered with spiced nuts and cannabis honey syrup.
Ingredients
- 400g phyllo dough
- 200g cannabis butter melted
- 300g mixed walnuts and pistachios chopped
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- Syrup: 1 cup sugar, 1 cup water, ½ cup honey, 1 tsp rose water
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Layer phyllo sheets brushing each with cannabis butter and nut mixture.
- Score into diamonds. Bake 45-50 min until deep golden.
- Simmer syrup 10 min; pour hot over hot baklava. Cool fully.
