Infused Carrot Cake
Spiced moist carrot cake with cannabis oil.
Ingredients
- 2 cups flour
- 3 eggs
- 1½ cups sugar
- 1 cup cannabis vegetable oil
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 3 cups grated carrot
- 1½ tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- ½ tsp nutmeg
- Frosting: 250g cream cheese, 1 cup icing sugar, 1 tsp vanilla
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Whisk eggs, sugar, cannabis oil and vanilla.
- Fold in flour, spices and grated carrot.
- Bake in two 8-inch pans 30-35 min. Cool completely.
- Beat frosting; fill and cover cake.
