Infused Churros

Crispy Spanish churros with cannabis butter dough.

Ingredients
  • 1 cup water
  • 115g cannabis butter
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 cup flour
  • 3 eggs
  • Oil for frying
  • Coating: ½ cup sugar, 1 tsp cinnamon
  • Chocolate sauce to serve
Directions
  • Boil water, cannabis butter, sugar and salt. Add flour; stir until dough forms.
  • Cool 5 min then beat in eggs.
  • Pipe into hot oil (350°F). Fry 3-4 min until golden.
  • Roll in cinnamon sugar. Serve with chocolate sauce.
