Infused Churros
Crispy Spanish churros with cannabis butter dough.
Ingredients
- 1 cup water
- 115g cannabis butter
- 1 tbsp sugar
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 cup flour
- 3 eggs
- Oil for frying
- Coating: ½ cup sugar, 1 tsp cinnamon
- Chocolate sauce to serve
Directions
- Boil water, cannabis butter, sugar and salt. Add flour; stir until dough forms.
- Cool 5 min then beat in eggs.
- Pipe into hot oil (350°F). Fry 3-4 min until golden.
- Roll in cinnamon sugar. Serve with chocolate sauce.
