Infused Donut Holes
Fluffy fried donut holes with cannabis cinnamon sugar coating.
Ingredients
- 1 cup flour
- 1½ tsp baking powder
- 3 tbsp sugar
- Pinch salt
- ½ cup milk
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp cannabis butter melted
- Oil for frying
- Coating: ½ cup sugar, 1 tsp cinnamon, 1 tbsp cannabis butter melted
Directions
- Mix dry ingredients. Whisk milk, egg and cannabis butter; add to dry.
- Heat oil to 350°F. Drop tablespoons of batter; fry 2-3 min until golden.
- Drain, brush with cannabis butter, roll in cinnamon sugar.
