Infused Falafel Wrap
Crispy falafel with cannabis tahini dressing.
Ingredients
- 2 cans chickpeas
- ½ onion
- 3 garlic cloves
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp coriander
- 2 tbsp flour
- Oil for frying
- Cannabis tahini: 3 tbsp tahini + 2 tbsp cannabis olive oil + lemon + water
- Flatbreads, lettuce, tomato, cucumber
Directions
- Pulse chickpeas, onion, garlic, spices and flour. Refrigerate 30 min.
- Form balls; fry at 350°F 3-4 min.
- Make cannabis tahini dressing.
- Fill flatbreads with falafel, salad and dressing.
