Infused Hummus
Creamy, smooth cannabis-infused hummus made with infused olive oil. A healthy, savory snack you can serve with pita, veggies, or crackers. Easy to make in a blender and easy to dose per serving.
Ingredients
- 1 can (15 oz) chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- 3 tbsp infused olive oil (see Infused Olive Oil recipe)
- 3 tbsp tahini
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 clove garlic
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp cumin
- 2-3 tbsp cold water
- Paprika and regular olive oil to garnish
Directions
- Add chickpeas, tahini, lemon juice, garlic, salt, and cumin to a food processor.
- Blend for about 1 minute until roughly combined.
- With the processor running, drizzle in the infused olive oil and cold water.
- Blend for another 2-3 minutes until very smooth and creamy.
- Taste and adjust salt or lemon to preference.
- Transfer to a serving bowl, drizzle with regular olive oil, and dust with paprika.
- Divide into 8 portions for accurate dosing. Store refrigerated for up to 5 days.
