Infused Hummus

Creamy, smooth cannabis-infused hummus made with infused olive oil. A healthy, savory snack you can serve with pita, veggies, or crackers. Easy to make in a blender and easy to dose per serving.

Ingredients
  • 1 can (15 oz) chickpeas, drained and rinsed
  • 3 tbsp infused olive oil (see Infused Olive Oil recipe)
  • 3 tbsp tahini
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp cumin
  • 2-3 tbsp cold water
  • Paprika and regular olive oil to garnish
Directions
  • Add chickpeas, tahini, lemon juice, garlic, salt, and cumin to a food processor.
  • Blend for about 1 minute until roughly combined.
  • With the processor running, drizzle in the infused olive oil and cold water.
  • Blend for another 2-3 minutes until very smooth and creamy.
  • Taste and adjust salt or lemon to preference.
  • Transfer to a serving bowl, drizzle with regular olive oil, and dust with paprika.
  • Divide into 8 portions for accurate dosing. Store refrigerated for up to 5 days.
