Infused Keto Stuffed Mushrooms
Mushrooms filled with cream cheese and cannabis butter.
Ingredients
- 12 large mushrooms stems removed
- 100g cream cheese
- 2 tbsp cannabis butter
- 3 garlic cloves minced
- 50g parmesan grated
- 2 tbsp parsley
- Salt, pepper
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Sauté garlic in cannabis butter 1 min.
- Mix with cream cheese, parmesan, parsley, salt and pepper.
- Spoon into caps. Bake 20-25 min.
