Infused Lentil Dal

Fragrant Indian dal finished with cannabis ghee.

Ingredients
  • 1½ cups red lentils
  • 1 onion
  • 4 garlic cloves
  • 1 inch ginger
  • 1 can crushed tomatoes
  • 1 tsp cumin seeds
  • 1 tsp turmeric
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • 3 cups water
  • 2 tbsp cannabis ghee
  • Salt, coriander
Directions
  • Fry cumin seeds until they pop. Add onion, garlic and ginger.
  • Add tomatoes and spices. Add lentils and water; simmer 20-25 min.
  • Off heat: stir in cannabis ghee.
  • Season and garnish with coriander. Serve over rice.
