Infused Lentil Dal
Fragrant Indian dal finished with cannabis ghee.
Ingredients
- 1½ cups red lentils
- 1 onion
- 4 garlic cloves
- 1 inch ginger
- 1 can crushed tomatoes
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- 1 tsp turmeric
- 1 tsp garam masala
- 3 cups water
- 2 tbsp cannabis ghee
- Salt, coriander
Directions
- Fry cumin seeds until they pop. Add onion, garlic and ginger.
- Add tomatoes and spices. Add lentils and water; simmer 20-25 min.
- Off heat: stir in cannabis ghee.
- Season and garnish with coriander. Serve over rice.
