Infused Pad Thai
Classic Pad Thai with cannabis sesame oil.
Ingredients
- 200g flat rice noodles soaked
- 2 eggs
- 150g shrimp or tofu
- 2 tbsp cannabis sesame oil
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp tamarind paste
- 1 tbsp sugar
- Spring onions, bean sprouts, peanuts, lime
Directions
- Stir-fry shrimp or tofu. Scramble eggs in same pan.
- Add noodles, soy sauce, tamarind and sugar. Toss 2 min.
- Add spring onions and bean sprouts.
- Off heat: drizzle cannabis sesame oil. Serve with peanuts and lime.
