Infused Pad Thai

Classic Pad Thai with cannabis sesame oil.

Ingredients
  • 200g flat rice noodles soaked
  • 2 eggs
  • 150g shrimp or tofu
  • 2 tbsp cannabis sesame oil
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp tamarind paste
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • Spring onions, bean sprouts, peanuts, lime
Directions
  • Stir-fry shrimp or tofu. Scramble eggs in same pan.
  • Add noodles, soy sauce, tamarind and sugar. Toss 2 min.
  • Add spring onions and bean sprouts.
  • Off heat: drizzle cannabis sesame oil. Serve with peanuts and lime.
