Infused Pulled Pork Sliders
Slow-cooked pulled pork in cannabis BBQ sauce.
Ingredients
- 1kg pork shoulder
- 1 tsp each smoked paprika, cumin, garlic powder, salt
- Cannabis BBQ sauce: 1 cup BBQ sauce + 2 tbsp cannabis butter
- Slider buns, coleslaw
Directions
- Rub pork with spices; slow cook on low 8h or oven at 300°F 4-5h.
- Shred pork with forks.
- Warm BBQ sauce with cannabis butter. Toss shredded pork in sauce.
- Pile onto slider buns with coleslaw.
