Infused Vegan Mac and Cheese
Comforting plant-based mac with cashew-cannabis sauce.
Ingredients
- 300g macaroni
- 1 cup soaked cashews
- 2 tbsp cannabis olive oil
- 3 tbsp nutritional yeast
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- ½ tsp turmeric
- 1 cup pasta water
- Salt
Directions
- Cook pasta; reserve 1 cup water.
- Blend cashews, cannabis oil, nutritional yeast, spices and ½ cup water until smooth.
- Toss drained pasta with sauce over low heat, adding water as needed.
- Season and serve.
