Infused Vegan Pesto Zoodles
Spiralized zucchini with basil pesto made with cannabis olive oil.
Ingredients
- 4 zucchinis spiralized
- 2 cups fresh basil
- 3 tbsp cannabis olive oil
- ¼ cup pine nuts
- 3 garlic cloves
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- Salt, pepper
- Cherry tomatoes
Directions
- Blend basil, nuts, garlic, lemon and cannabis oil. Season.
- Briefly sauté zucchini noodles 1-2 min (or serve raw).
- Toss with pesto and top with cherry tomatoes.
