Cannabis Beijinho
Sweet Brazilian coconut truffles made with condensed milk and cannabutter, rolled in shredded coconut — brigadeiro’s coconut cousin.
Ingredients
- 1 can (14 oz) infused condensed milk
- 1 tbsp cannabutter
- ½ cup shredded coconut, plus more for rolling
- Pinch of salt
- Whole cloves for decoration
Directions
- Combine condensed milk, cannabutter and shredded coconut in a saucepan over medium-low heat.
- Stir constantly until mixture thickens and pulls away from the sides, about 10–12 min.
- Transfer to a greased plate and cool to room temperature.
- Roll into small balls and coat in shredded coconut. Top each with a clove.
- Place in mini cupcake liners and refrigerate until ready to serve.
