Cannabis Moqueca

A rich Brazilian fish stew with coconut milk, tomatoes, peppers and dendê oil, finished with cannabis olive oil.

Ingredients
  • 500g firm white fish (cod or halibut), cut into chunks
  • Juice of 2 limes
  • 1 onion, sliced into rings
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 2 tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 can (400ml) coconut milk
  • 2 tbsp dendê (palm) oil
  • 2 tbsp cannabis olive oil
  • Fresh cilantro, salt and pepper
Directions
  • Marinate fish in lime juice, salt and pepper for 30 min.
  • In a clay pot or deep pan, layer onion, peppers, tomatoes and fish.
  • Pour coconut milk and dendê oil over the top. Cover and simmer 20 min without stirring.
  • Remove from heat and gently stir in cannabis olive oil.
  • Garnish with cilantro. Serve over white rice.
