Cannabis Paçoca
Crumbly Brazilian peanut candy infused with cannabutter — a sweet and nutty edible that melts in your mouth.
Ingredients
- 2 cups roasted unsalted peanuts
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 tbsp cannabutter, melted
- Pinch of salt
Directions
- Pulse peanuts in a food processor until you get a fine, slightly oily crumb.
- Add sugar, melted cannabutter and salt. Pulse a few more times until combined.
- Press mixture firmly into small cylindrical molds or a lined baking pan.
- Refrigerate 1 hour until set, then unmold.
- Store in an airtight container at room temperature.
