Cannabis Pão de Queijo
Chewy, cheesy Brazilian bread rolls made with tapioca flour and cannabis olive oil — naturally gluten-free and irresistibly good.
Ingredients
- 2 cups tapioca flour (polvilho azedo)
- ½ cup milk
- ¼ cup cannabis olive oil
- 1 egg
- 1 cup grated Parmesan or Minas cheese
- ½ tsp salt
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Heat milk, cannabis olive oil and salt until just simmering. Pour over tapioca flour and stir until combined.
- Let cool slightly, then mix in egg and cheese until smooth.
- Roll into small balls and place on a lined baking sheet.
- Bake 20–25 min until puffed and golden.
