Cannabis Pão de Queijo

Chewy, cheesy Brazilian bread rolls made with tapioca flour and cannabis olive oil — naturally gluten-free and irresistibly good.

Ingredients
  • 2 cups tapioca flour (polvilho azedo)
  • ½ cup milk
  • ¼ cup cannabis olive oil
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan or Minas cheese
  • ½ tsp salt
Directions
  • Preheat oven to 375°F.
  • Heat milk, cannabis olive oil and salt until just simmering. Pour over tapioca flour and stir until combined.
  • Let cool slightly, then mix in egg and cheese until smooth.
  • Roll into small balls and place on a lined baking sheet.
  • Bake 20–25 min until puffed and golden.
