奶油烤芝士蛋糕,搭配大麻黄油饼底。
食材
- Crust: 200g digestive biscuits crushed
- 80g cannabis butter melted
- Filling: 600g cream cheese
- ¾ cup caster sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 200ml sour cream
- 2 tbsp flour
制作步骤
- Preheat oven to 325°F. Mix biscuits and cannabis butter; press into 9-inch springform.
- Beat cream cheese and sugar. Add eggs one at a time.
- Mix in vanilla, sour cream and flour. Pour over crust.
- Bake in water bath 55-60 min. Cool in oven 1h.
- Refrigerate 4h before serving.
