- 1 large cauliflower riced
- 2 tbsp cannabis sesame oil
- 3 eggs beaten
- 1 cup frozen peas and corn
- 3 garlic cloves
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- Spring onions, sesame seeds

- Stir-fry cauliflower rice 5 min. Set aside.
- Scramble eggs in same pan. Add garlic and veg.
- Return cauliflower; add soy sauce. Toss.
- Off heat: drizzle cannabis sesame oil. Garnish.
