- 1½ tsp baking powder
- 3 tbsp sugar
- Pinch salt
- ½ cup milk
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp cannabis butter melted
- Oil for frying
- Coating: ½ cup sugar, 1 tsp cinnamon, 1 tbsp cannabis butter melted

- Heat oil to 350°F. Drop tablespoons of batter; fry 2-3 min until golden.
- Drain, brush with cannabis butter, roll in cinnamon sugar.
