- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- Pinch of salt
- 1/2 cup dried fruit (optional, add after baking)

- In a large bowl, mix oats, nuts, seeds, cinnamon, and salt.
- In a small bowl, whisk together melted cannabutter, honey, and vanilla.
- Pour wet ingredients over dry and toss until fully coated.
- Spread on a parchment-lined baking sheet in a thin, even layer.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes, until golden and fragrant.
- Remove and let cool completely — it will crisp up as it cools.
- Stir in dried fruit if using. Divide into 12 portions for accurate dosing.
