- 3 egg yolks
- 75g sugar
- 250g mascarpone
- 2 tbsp cannabis butter softened
- 200ml strong espresso cooled
- 200g ladyfingers
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 tsp vanilla
制作步骤
- Beat yolks and sugar until pale. Beat in mascarpone, cannabis butter and vanilla.
- Dip ladyfingers in espresso; layer in dish.
- Spread half the cream. Repeat layers.
- Dust with cocoa. Refrigerate 4h+
